Globe (24 June 1971)

Mr. and Mrs. Leo Henchen and Mr. and Mrs. Hans Kalsow took a trip to Rochester, Minn., Sunday and called on Mr. and Mrs. Paul Hemp. Mr. Hemp sends his greetings to his many friends and relatives here. They returned home Sunday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Emil Doebler of Campbellsport and Mr. and Mrs. Geisler of Marshfield visited Mr. and Mr. Hugo Klauer and Mr. and Mrs. Leo Henchen one day last week. Mr. Doebler is a brother of Mrs. Hugo Klauer.

Mrs. Henry Stiemke and daughter, Verna, and Mrs. Leona Landgraf visited Mrs. Hedwig Schoenherr Thursday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Grap, Jr., drove to Madison Saturday afternoon and visited Mrs. Eugene Friedrichsen who is a patient at University Hospital. They were overnight guests of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Fuecht. They returned Sunday morning. Mrs. Grap’s mother, Mrs. Roman Piotrowski, stayed with the Grap children and Lewis and William Grap helped with Grap children with chores during their absence.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Mitte and daughter, Cindy, of Manitowoc spent from Friday evening to Sunday with his mother, Mrs. Clara Mitte, and brother, Franklin, and other relatives.

Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Vincent and daughters were dinner and supper guest of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Vincent in Neillsville Sunday.
