Gardner, Floyd L. (28 JUN 1889 - 29 JAN 1952)
Floyd Lymann Gardner,
son of Mrs. Lincoln Gardner and the late Mr. Gardner, was born June 28, 1889 in
the Town of York (Clark Co., Wis.). He received his education in the Loyal
schools and was married to Margaret Zuege on Nov. 21, 1919.
He passed
away on Tuesday, Jan. 29, 1952 at 10:30 a.m. of a heart attack at his home near
Loyal.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 1st at the
Trinity Lutheran Church, Loyal, the Rev. E.E. Aalto officiating. He was laid to
rest in the Loyal Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, two sons, Harold,
Town of Loyal, Vern, greenwood; three daughters, Mrs. Elmer (Velma) Gotter,
Loyal; Mrs. Donald (Lucille) Sommers, Curtiss; and Mrs. Harold (Loren)
Kollmansberger, Loyal; eight grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Linda Gardner, and
a sister, Mrs. Fred Heiking, both of Loyal.
