Warner, Sue (31 AUG 1879 - 28 APR 1952)

Sue Blum was born Aug. 31, 1879 at Slinger, Washington Co., Wis. She resided there for many years, and resided in Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis. Before moving to Marshfield.

Her fist marriage was to Frank Krieg. After his death she was married to Henry Warner. He also preceded her in death.

She was a member of St. John's Altar Society and the Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Mrs. Warner died unexpectedly of a heart attack at 6:00 p.m. at her home at 811 West Blodgett St., Marshfield on Monday, April 28, 1952.

Mrs. Warner is survived by two sons, Herbert and Terry, Montana, and Peter of Washington, D.C.; two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Seeley, Hollywood, Calif., and Eleanor at home; Two brothers, Paul and Jake Blum of Marshfield, and two sisters, Mrs. Jos (Molly) Schnell, California; and Mrs. Wm. (Agnes) Warden, Campbellsport; a half-sister, Mrs. Anna Holmes, Mishicot; 8 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Two sons, three sisters and two brothers preceded her in death.

A Requiem High mass was read at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 1st at St. John's Catholic Church, Marshfield. The Rev. Father Hugh Deeny officiated and she was laid to rest in Hillside Cemetery.

The pallbearers were Paul Steger, Walter Anderson, Lave Hendrickson, Louis Stolber, George Ley, all of Marshfield, and T.F. Schiller, Greenwood.

Those from Greenwood who attended the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Har and Corrine, T.F. Schiller, Mrs. Don Warner, Mrs. Fred Behrens, Mrs. H.L. Flatz of Bear Lake.
