Brewer, Frances (Marriage - 3 July
1971)
Married Saturday, July 3, in a 5 p.m. double-ring ceremony
performed at the United Church of Christ by the Rev. George E. Yons were Frances
Brewer and Alvin Ziegler, both of Neillsville. Parents of the bride are Mr. and
Mrs. T. C. Nash of Bristol, Va. The groom is the son or Mrs. Theodore Ziegler of
Neillsville and the late Mr Ziegler.
For her marriage the bride chose a
pale pink silk jewel-neckline dress worn with a matching organza coat and
accented with deep pink accessories. She carried a white Bible with a deep pink
chrysanthemum.
The couple’s attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Bill Hoffman of
Chicago, Ill. The ushers were Max Bergen and Wayne Grap. Baskets of gladioli and
carnations decorated the candle-lighted church.
A reception for 50
guests was held at the Club Arbutus.
Following a wedding trip to
Virginia, Tennessee, Delaware, New York and Canada, the newlyweds will be at
home at 311 West 19th Street in Neillsville after July 18.
