A
party was held at the home of Mrs. R. K. Stevens Wednesday afternoon, April 12
in honor of Mrs. August Luber. Oracle Mrs. Frank Kline presented the 50 year
membership pin to Mrs. Luber for being a member of the Royal Neighbors of
America Lodge for the past 50 years. There were nineteen members present. Four
of the members present had previously received their 50 year membership pins.
They were Mrs. Nettie Philpott, Mrs. R. K. Stevens, Mrs. Maratha Castner, and
Mrs. Frank Oestreich.
Games were played and lunch was served. Two
decorated cakes for the occasion were on each table.
