On Sunday, June 22, 1952 friends and relatives helped Mr. and Mrs. Huber Horn celebrate their Silver Wedding Anniversary at their home 9 1/2 miles northwest of Greenwood.

A buffet supper was served to about one hundred guests. A large wedding cake centered the dining room table and the home was decorated with bouquets of garden flowers and a silver bell.

Hubert Horn, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Horn, and Anna Myrin, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Myrin of Withee, were united in marriage at the parsonage of the Zion Evangelical and Reformed Church in Greenwood on June 23, 1927, with Rev. E.O. Pfeiffer officiating. Their attendants were Miss Martha Horn and Otto Horn, both attended the 25th celebration.

The Horns have three children: Duane of Camp Chaffee, Ark., but who was unable to attend, Gerald and Darlene at home.
