The Holy Family Catholic Church at Willard (Clark Co., Wis.) was the scene
of a very picturesque and beautiful sight when twelve of their children received
their First Holy Communion on Sunday, June 29, 1952. Little girls taking part as
angels and flower girls were dressed in white, pink and blue. Some were as
angels and others carried red carnations.
The First Holy Communicants
are: Mary Ann Staut, Marjorie Tolaney, Angeline Horvat, Kathleen Prebil, Beverly
Trost, Beverly Boh, Pauline Kapfer, John W. Trunkel, Nicholas Lesar, Edward
Pernic, Frank Meke, John Stremikis.
During summer school they were taught
by Sister M. Agnes, O.S.F., and Sister M. Doloraze, O.S.F., of Lemont, Ill.
