Krultz, Jr., Clark County Clerk, was among county clerks and county clerk
employees of 57 Wisconsin counties who attended the third Institute for Wis.
County Clerks held recently at the University of Wisconsin.
The institute
was sponsored by the University Extension Division Bureau of government, as one
of its many services to Wisconsin citizens, this time in cooperation with the
Wis. County Clerks Association and the Wis. County Boards Association.
The county clerks studied methods of improving general office procedures,
machine bookkeeping procedures, essentials of a good office system, work
simplification methods, and essentials of an adequate personnel plan.
