Nellie A. “Piggy” (Nacge)
Littlewolf, 28, of Eau Claire and formerly of Black River Falls, died Sunday,
May 30, 2010, in Luther Hospital, Eau Claire.
Nellie Amber Littlewolf was
born Nov. 18, 1981, in Neillsville to Ulysses Abraham, Jr. and Nellie Jean
Littlewolf Cleveland. She was raised in Minneapolis and later lived in Juarez,
Mexico, Wisconsin Dells and Black River Falls, before settling in Eau Claire.
Nellie had been employed at the Metro dome of Minneapolis, McDonalds’s of
Wisconsin Dells and Majestic Pines Bingo and Casino of Black River Falls. She
was fond of shopping and photography.
Survivors include her significant
other, Augustine Garcia of Eau Claire; her mother, Nellie J. Littlewolf
Cleveland of Merrillan; her father, Ulysses Abraham, Jr., of Sisseton, SD; three
sisters: Andrea Littlewolf and Angel Littlewolf, both of Eau Claire, and Dawn
(Jordan Decorah) Abraham of Minneapolis; three brothers, Anthony Littlewolf of
Blair, Adrain Littlewolf of Black River Falls, and Israel Abraham of
Minneapolis, MN; her maternal grandmother, Annabelle Lowe of Merrillan; an aunt,
Mary Jo Abraham of Minneapolis; and numerous other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Martin Littlewolf,
and her paternal grandparents, Ulysses Abraham, Sr. and Delores Abraham.
Native American Church funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 2,
2010, at the District One Community Center and burial was in Decorah Cemetery,
both in rural Black River Falls. Lance Long presided over the services.
Family and friends were invited for continuous visitation and prayers starting
at 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, 2010, at the District One Community Center.
