Robert Crane spent Thanksgiving with his parents at Belmont.

Mr. and Mrs. George Speich and Carol were Marshfield callers Saturday.

Pfc. Richard Syth, who spent his furlough here with relatives, left Sunday to Oceanside, Calif.

Christine Vinger of Stanley visited last week with her cousin Kay Kavanaugh.

Mr. and Mrs. Norman Liebzeit, Elmer Humke, Mr. and Mrs. Delmar Toburen are spending a few days in Chicago.

Mr. and Mrs. R.B. Mead visited at Antigo Saturday evening. Their son Robert, who had been visiting there, returned home with them.

Miss Elaine Jolivette, Marshfield, and Dale Jolivette, Stevens Point, spent the weekend with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Jolivette.

Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Hoesley and son Michael of Madison spent from Wednesday until Sunday with her parents, Dr. and Mrs. R.L. Barnes.

Mrs. M.E. Kenyon spent Saturday and Sunday with relatives in Milwaukee. Her mother, Mrs. Max Schmidt, who ahs been visiting ehre, returned to Milwaukee with her.

Mr. A. Turnquist, Mrs. Douglas Felix and Bruce, and Jerome Bertz returned Monday after spending Thanksgiving weekend in Palatine and Chicago.

Mr. and Mrs. Paul Thompson and daughter spent Thanksgiving with relatives at Janesville.

Mr. and Mrs. Victor Vinger and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Rugetz of Stanley spent Sunday at the Palmer Vinger home.

Palmer Vinger and Wm. Kavanaugh spent Friday and Saturday at Chicago and Garden Prairie, Ill.

Mrs. Inez Clintsman Turner was taken to the Neillsville Hospital on Saturday. She passed away Wednesday.

Miss Elaine Miller, R.N., of Freeport, Ill., spent from Wednesday until Friday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Miller.

Mrs. C.M. Noetzel left Monday for San Bernardino, Calif., where she will spend the winter with her daughter Ambrosia.

Wm. Snedic, who attend St. Norbert's College, De Pere, spent Thanksgiving with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Snedic.

Those from Greenwood who are at Madison and who spent thanksgiving and the weekend here were: Harland and DuWayne Carl, Gary Speich, Robert Reese, Gordon Weiher, Janet Olson, John Hoehne, Grace Caliebe, Ann and Norma Warner.

Sunday visitors at the Matt Gregorich home were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Debevec, Willard; Miss Martha Klapatauskas, Chicago; Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Boh and family, Neillsville.

Mr. and Mrs. James Neuenfeldt and daughters, Mary Jo, Karen and Kathryn of Medford spent from Thursday until Sunday at the Wm. Neuenfeldt home.

Mr. and Mrs. Ed Tupper of Sheboygan left Sunday, after spending Thanksgiving at the Otto Schwarze home. Mr. Tupper is a nephew of Mrs. Harriet Richmond.

The Misses Mary Lou Stewart and Marian Kirn, who are taking nurse's training at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, spent from Wednesday until Sunday with their parents here and at Willard.

Miss Evangeline Dietsche of Milwaukee and Gerald Dietsche of Stevens Point visited their parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Paul Dietsche, Thanksgiving and over the weekend.

Bill Kavanaugh spent Tuesday and Wednesday in Milwaukee

Mr. and Mrs. Olen Stewart and children of Marshfield spent Thanksgiving at the Robert Stewart home.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stewart Sr. and Helen were Marshfield callers Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. Cy Neverman and family of Joliet, Ill. were weekend guests of Mrs. John Hawley.

Mrs. Lydia Dill is a patient at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Hawley and children of Wausau were Sunday afternoon guests of Mrs. John Hawley.

James Hawley of Milwaukee and Sue Hawley and Jack Rudie of Marshfield were Saturday afternoon callers of Mrs. John Hawley.

Mr. and Mrs. Ed Tupper of Sheboygan, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Schwarze and Mrs. Harriet Richmond visited Saturday at the Viv Carteron home.

Harvey Dill of Milwaukee is visiting his mother, Mrs. Lydia Dill, and other relatives here.

Miss Patsy Syth and girlfriend of Madison spent the weekend here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Syth.

Mr. and Mrs. Glen Drew and family and Fred Drew spent Thanksgiving at the Donald Drew home at Viroqua.

Sgt. Robert Mech of Routout, Ill. spent Thanksgiving and the weekend with relatives here and at Neillsville.

Mrs. Don Warner returned from Madison last Friday, after visiting her daughters, the Misses Norma and Ann Warner.

Mr. and Mrs. W.P. Neuenfeldt, Mrs. James Neuenfeldt, Mary Jo and Karen, and Irene O'Connell were Marshfield callers on Friday.

Richard Shields was taken to the Neillsville Hospital on Saturday for treatment.

Carol Tieman, four year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Tieman, underwent an operation for appendicitis at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, Friday evening.

Pfc. Richards Syth of Pendleton, calif., Mrs. Vern Syth and Kenneth, and Mrs. Pearl Syth visited the Dale Syth family at Eau Claire on Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Severson and Carol, Mrs. Christ Keiner and Louise were Marshfield and Pittsville callers Saturday.
