Kelty, Ruth Ann (21 MAY 1944 - 11 DEC 1952)
Ruth Ann Kelty, youngest
daughter of John A. Kelty and Maude (Haupt) Kelty, was born May 21, 1944 in West
Beaver Township, Clark County, Wis. She attended the LaTart School in the Town
of Beaver and the West Beaver Sunday School.
Ruth Ann Kelty was stricken
with Bright's Disease on Nov. 7, and on Nov. 15th was taken to St. Joseph's
Hospital, Marshfield, where she passed away at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, ec. 11,
1952, having reached the age of 8 years, 5 months and 20 days.
The body
lay in state at the Schiller Funeral Parlors until Sunday afternoon, when it was
taken to the home.
Funeral services were held on Monday, Dec. 15 at 1:30,
with a Scripture reading and prayer at the home and at 2:00 p.m. at the West
Beaver Chapel. She was laid to rest in the West Beaver Cemetery. The Rev. L.J.
Chapman, Neillsville, officiated.
During the service Mrs. Kenneth Worden,
Miss Elaine Worden sang "Jesus Love Me" and "Open Wide the Pearly Gates,"
accompanied by Mrs. Earl Worden at the piano.
The active pallbearers were
Michael Smith, Douglas Severson, Arthur Wehrman Jr. and Bernard Lindgren.
The honorary pallbearers were Barbara Wehrman, Delores Kramer, Doris
Stafford and Mary Lou Jolivette.
Those in charge of flowers were Jeanette
Radly, Jeanette Wehrman, Jean Vogel, Marlene Kramer, Karen Lindgren, Gwendolyn
Lindgren and Madelle Jolivette.
Ruth Ann is survived by her parents, Mr.
and Mrs. John Kelty, two sisters, Maxine and Carol, and two brothers, Wayne and
Jerry, all at home.

Mrs. Lawrence Neuman, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Witte Sr., Mrs. and Mrs. Harvey
Gottschalk, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Matson, Mr. and Mrs. Emil Johnson, all of Unity;
Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Kelty, Edgar; Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Kelty, Colby; Mr. and Mrs.
Paul Hein, Mrs. Wm. Roohr, Owen; Mr. and Mrs. Herbert White, Mr. and Mrs. Harold
Herdrich, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Haupt and daughters, Janet and Darlene, Mrs. W.
