Edwin H. Gates, 86, former
Neillsville resident, died at the Marden Nursing Home, Greenwood (Clark Co.,
Wis.), on Wednesday afternoon, July 1, 1953. He had been staying at various
nursing home since 1950.
He is survived by the following children:
Daniel, whose last address was Hamilton, Mont., Edwin H. Gates Jr.,
Massachusetts; Mrs. Nelly Seiten and Mrs. Genevieve Restaw, East End, Sask.,
Canada, and James Gates, Panama Canal Zone.
Funeral services were held on
Monday, July 6 from the Bergeman Funeral Home at Neillsville.
