Hoehne, Mrs. C.C. (21 DEC 1873 - 9 NOV 1953)

Mrs. C.C. Hoehne, 80, passed away at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mrs. and Mrs. Leonard Braatz on Monday, Nov. 9, 1953 at 8:00 p.m., following an illness of three eyars.

Emma Lena Runkel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Runkel was born in Reeseville on Dec. 21, 1873. Here she grew to womanhood and received her education. She graduated from the Watertown High School and taught school for ten years around Reeseville before her marriage.

On June 7, 1903 she was united in marriage at Reeseville to Carl C. Hoehne. They came immediately to Greenwood where Mr. Hoehne has run...(the rest of my copy was cut off)
