Waller Eva (12 November 1900 - 2 November 1971)
Mrs. James Waller, 70, of Edgerton, died November 2 at University Hospital,
Madison, after a long illness.
Eva Stevens Waller was born November 12,
1900, to William and Anne Stevens in Washburn near Shortville where she attended
Shortville School and grew to womanhood. She was married to James Waller
February 28, 1928. She and her husband were supervisors at the Rock County Home
for 35 years before retiring in 1964 when they moved to Edgerton.
Survivors are her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Marilyn Fanning, and three
grandchildren, of Janesville.
Funeral services were held in Anna, Il.
Visitation was held in Janesville Wednesday evening. Mrs. Irving Stevens and
daughters, Mrs. Jack Urban of Neillsville and Mrs. Leland Dopp and daughter
Linda of Marshfield drove to Janesville Wednesday afternoon and attended the
visitation that evening.
