Accordionist Entertainment (4 November 1971)

Red Cross Volunteers entertained residents of memorial Home with the monthly birthday party Wednesday afternoon, November 3. Entertainment for the event was to be provided by Mary Lesar of Willard, an accomplished accordionist.

Those honored for November birthdays included Theodore Humke, Emma Reisner, Emma Wilding, Clarence Gangler, Marie Hauschildt, Johanna Merlak, Rose Schiller, Elsie Meyer, Carrie Seif, Blanche Zimmerman, Emma Syth, Verna McDonald, Edwin Jahr, John Tolaney, Barbara Letsch, Blanche Chapman and Effie Peterson.

Residents will be entertained by Volunteers again on November 10, with an afternoon of games and on November 24, with a sing-along session.

An art class is scheduled for November 17, at 6:30 p.m. Chapel services will be held as usual.
