Lexton M. Dusso, 80 of Greenwood died Sunday in Neillsville. He was admitted to
the hospital October 10 and transferred to Memorial home three weeks ago.
Funeral services were to be held Wednesday afternoon from Grace United
Methodist Church. The Rev. Eugene Antrim was to officiate, with burial in the
Greenwood Cemetery.
Mr. Dusso was born September 3, 1891, in La Crosse,
the son of Charles and Bena (Johnson) Dusso. He was married May 27, 1913, in La
Crosse to Esther Jollivette. They came to Greenwood in 1919 and farmed south of
Greenwood until they retired in 1943 and moved into the city of Greenwood. He
was employed by the REA from 1943 to 1952, then lived in Fox Lake until they
returned to Greenwood in 1958. Mr. and Mrs. Dusso celebrated their 55th wedding
anniversary in 1968.
Survivors are his wife; two sons, Lorris of Madison
and Ralph of Appleton; 17 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; two brothers,
Theodore Dusso of Florida and Charles Dusso of Galesville; and two sisters, Miss
Charlotte Dusso of La Crosse and Mrs. Charles (Evelyn) Neuman of Des Plaines,
