Crye, Frank (8 SEP 1886 - 10 FEB 1965)
When Mrs. Frank Crye returned home
shortly after nine o'clock yesterday morning (Wed., Feb 10th) from her early
morning cleaning chores at the Master Package Corp., she found her husband dead
in bed.
Dr. Phillips pronounced him dead when he arrived and in turn
county officials ruled the death accidental due to strangulation.
Frank
Crye, one of the few remaining pioneer residents of Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), was
78 years of age and had been in poor health the past several years, being
confined to his bed most of the time.
Funeral arrangements called for
services to be conducted from the Hoeper and Kraut Funeral Home at two o'clock
Saturday afternoon with burial to be made in the family lot at Dexterville, Wis.
A complete obituary will appear in next week's issue of the Owen Enterprise.
