Trimberger, Emma #2 (18 DEC 1871 - 04 JUN 1948)

Mrs. John Trimberger, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Fravert was born Dec. 18, 1871 at Greenwood and was married here to John Trimberger Feb. 14, 1894. She received her education in the Greenwood Public School.

Mrs. Trimberger lived in the Village of Granton for 25 years and at one time was president of the Ladies Aid Society of Zion Lutheran Church. Her husband preceded her in death.

Mrs. Trimberger passed away at her home in Granton at 3:50 p.m. on Friday, June 4, 1948.

Funeral services were held at 1:45 p.m. at the Gilbertson Funeral Home and at 2:00 p.m. from Zion Lutheran Church at Granton. She was laid to rest in the church cemetery. The Rev. Wm. Lauterbach officiated.

Surviving children are Mrs. Richard (Amelia) Hillert and Walter and Hugo Trimberger, all of Granton, and Victor Trimberger, Oak Park, Ill. Another son, Wm., died in infancy.

Her three sisters and three brothers are Mrs. Ernest Schoethler, Loyal; Mrs. Annie Plath and Mrs. Lydia Warner, Racine; Fred Fravert, Loyal; and Otto and Albert Fravert, Greenwood.
