Elsie Waterpool spent part of last week with her sister, Mrs. Willard Gerhardt.
Myra Jahr spent a day with Hattie Drescher last week and visited friends at Lynn
while there.
Joe Brown is home from his Stevens Point visit.
Mrs. Susan Counsell spent Saturday and Sunday at her son, Joe’s.
Mrs. Blackman and granddAughter and Mrs. Ed. Huckstead and dAughter spent a day
with Mrs. Jim Hughes last week.
Kenneth Randall and Alvah Howard spent Sunday with Clifford Blackman.
Elsie Waterpool did sewing for Mrs. Ed. Selves Friday.
Threshing machines were at work here Monday, one at Richard Selves’, one at Bert
Swann’s and one at H. Carter’s. It seems they all want to get their threshing
done before the fair.
John Vine and wife returned home last Thursday from Verdon, Neb.
Mrs. Thos. Counsell and family came home Saturday.
Clarion Counsell and Oscar Gerhardt and ladies autoed to Grand Rapids Sunday.
Arlo and Ed. Huckstead and their families autoed to Greenwood and Loyal Sunday.
Mr. Blackman and sister drove to Granton Saturday afternoon.
