Immanuel Church of Christ (Annual Meeting - 1972)

The annual meeting was held Sunday afternoon at Immanuel United Church of Christ. The Rev. Pacifico Camarin presided. Mrs. Fred Timmler acted as secretary. Newly elected officers to the consistory are Kenneth Steiger and George Kippenhan, Sr. They replace Delmar Toburen and Chester Nirva, whose offices had expired. Other consistory members are: Harry Meinhardt, Walter Schwarze, Albert Wehrman, Eldore Humke, Irving Timmler and Allen Fravert.

Officers reelected to the cemetery board are Alvin Albert, Mrs. Clayton Braun, and Phillip Vollrath. Mrs. Elvera Fravert was elected church historian.

The congregation will celebrate its centennial in 1974.

The board presented a budget of $16,500.00. The minister’s salary was raised from $6,000 to $6,500. Reports of the various organizations of the church were given.
