Schuld, Mary (02 Feb 1880 – 25 June 1967)
Mrs. Mary Schuld, 87, Minocqua, and a former Loyal resident, died Sunday
evening, June 25, at the Woodruff Hospital of old age complications.
Services were held at 10 a.m., June 28, at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Loyal,
with the Very Rev. Norbert E. King officiating. Burial was made in the parish
cemetery and the Myre Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
The former Mary Bohm was born on February 2, 1880 in Europe. She came to the
United States when she was about 19 years of age and made her home in Marathon
County until the time of her marriage, She married John Schuld in Loyal and they
farmed in the Pelsdotf area. The past 15years she made her home with her
daughter in Minocqua.
Her husband preceded her in death in 1939.
Pallbearers were Bart Brown, Frank Degnhardt, Harold Tucker, and Max Langfeldt.
She is survived by 3 daughters, Mrs. Harold (Phyllis) Laufenberg, Milwaukee;
Mrs. Ira (Florence) Radtke, Minocqua; and Mrs. Roy (Elizabeth) Radke, Loyal.
