Alton "Bud" Musich, 87, Loyal, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014, with his family with him, at Ministry Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. Private family services will be held at the Willard cemetery at a later date.

Alton Musich was born on March 14, 1926, at Willard, the son of Anton and Rose Musich. He was a cheesemaker for 21 years and managed North Hendren Co-op for eight years. He farmed most of his life. He married Eleanor Schmidt on June 6, 1953.

Survivors include his wife, Eleanor, Loyal; their children, Robin (Terry) Hauge, Neillsville, Connie (Tim) Sprester, La Crosse, and Anthony (Janet) Musich, Sparta, Tenn.; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Alice Saule, Owen.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Anton and Rose Musich; a sister, Evelyn Musich; and one granddaughter.
