Kuester, Henry “Bud” (31 May 1942 - 16 March 2014)

Henry “Bud” Kuester, 71, of Neillsville, passed away March 16, 2014, at his home. He was born May 31, 1942, in Neillsville, to Edward and Irma Kuester. He married Louise Hagen Nov. 26, 1960.

Henry worked as an auto and diesel mechanic most of his life, until the last 10 years. Before retirement, he worked at Cummins in Neillsville.

Henry is survived by his wife, Louise; two children, Michael Kuester of Neillsville and Audrey Porter of Sun Prairie; four grandchildren; and two sisters, Barbara (Bruce) Opelt of Neillsville and Maxine (Bill) Phipps of Parkersburg, IL.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Irma; and two sisters, Shirley Weiner of Union Grove and Jeanette Quicker of Neillsville.

A memorial for Henry will be held at a later date.
