Humbird (1972)
Mr. and Mrs. Claire Enerson of the North Branch area called Friday night at the
home of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Matti.
Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Sieg, Jill and Jeff, were dinner guests Sunday of her
grandmother, Mrs. Laura Dignin.
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Laffe attended a family get-together at the home of Mrs. Ida
Wold in rural Black River Falls, honoring the birthday of Orrin Wold of the
Disco area.
Mr. and Mrs. Thane Joos and Karen of Alma Center, Mrs. Helene nelson of Eau
Claire and Mrs. Maude Newton called on friends in Menomonie Sunday evening and
also at the nelson home in Eau Claire.
Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Stuve were supper guests Saturday at the Mel Markham home.
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Laffe were in Neillsville Monday and then drove to Loyal to
visit at the Ben Clouse home.
Mrs. Marcella Krueger is home from the hospital and is hoping soon to have a
full recovery.
Mrs. Emma Gerber spent Thursday afternoon at the home of her brother and
sister-in-laws, Mr. and Mrs. William Aebersold.
Both Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Giloy are in the hospital at Black River Falls.
Mrs. Levi Fitzmaurice was moved Thursday from Neillsville to the hospital in
Marshfield and underwent surgery there Monday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Jahn of Alma Center and Mrs. Emma Gerber drove to Merrillan
Saturday afternoon and attended the wedding of Barbara Olson of Merrillan and
Duane Passow.
Pammy Duerkop was home from Delavan for the weekend.
Mrs. Melvin Holman and Mrs. Elmer Duerkop visited Friday at the Armand Fisher
home in Pleasantville.
Mrs. Archie Kirby is sick with flu and Mr. Kirby is not too well.
