Floyd, Wendy Sue (White) (9 AUG 1958 - 23 MAR 2014)

Wendy Sue Floyd, age 55, of Ridgeland, passed away on March 23, 2014, after a battle with cancer.

Wendy was born on August 9, 1958 in Illinois to Wayne and Lucille (Ryan) White. She graduated from high school in Rib Lake. She married Terry Floyd on March 17, 1989 in Mesa, Ariz. She worked as an EMT for 22 years, and as an office manager for TW Trucking with her husband, Terry, out of Ridgeland.

She was a caretaker to her daughter B.J. following a car accident. B.J.'s accident led Wendy to a stronger faith in God. She was an active member of Menomonie Alliance Church and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Wendy is survived by her husband, Terry; children, Bobbie Jo Floyd, Scott Anthony Eisner, Peggy Sue (Clay) Downam, Katie Marie Nichols; grandchildren, Wyatt, Wayne, Quinton, Cyrus and Robert. She is also survived by brothers, John (Jean) White and Gary (Kellie) White.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Lucille (Ryan) White.

A Memorial Service will take place at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1 at Menomonie Alliance Church in Menomonie, with Pastor Doug Stolhand and Pastor Brent Costello officiating.

Visitation will start at 1 p.m. on Tuesday at the church until the time of service.
