Mr. and Mrs. Richard Kesler of near Greenwood entertained at a birthday dinner
and supper in observance of the first birthday of their daughter, Pamela. Guests
were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Thoma, Mr and Mrs. George Thoma and two sons, Mr. and
Mrs. Harold Thoma and grandson, Monte Hoppa, and Mrs. Hedwig Schoenherr.
Mr. and Mrs. Paul Kuenkel spent Monday evening with Mr. and Mrs. John Poppe in
Neillsville.
Mrs. Bertie Schultz and her father Edwin Klueckman visited Mr. and Mrs. Harold
Mitte Monday afternoon.
M. and Mrs. Wilbur Hagen and family spent Friday evening at the Donald Kalsow
home in honor of Joseph’s sixth birthday. On Saturday his grandfather, Martin
Kalsow spent the day with them. It was the birthday of Joseph’s mother, Mrs.
Donald Kalsow. On Sunday evening Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Mech of Neillsville and
Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Kalsow spent the evening with them. Three birthday cakes
and gifts were presented to them.
Mr. and Mrs. John Poppe of Neillsville visited her sister, Mrs. Clara Mitte, and
son Saturday afternoon and were their supper guests.
