Jacks, Bria Marczianna (12 March 2014 - 3 April 2014)

Bria Marczianna Jacks passed away peacefully in the arms of her loving parents on April 3, 2014. Bria was born prematurely on March 12, 2014. During her three short weeks with us, she touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. Her life was a gift to us that will live on in our hearts.

Bria is the daughter of Jason and Kasha Jacks of Hammond, WI. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Dale and Lynne Onsager of Blair, WI; paternal grandparents, Ray and Joanne Jacks of Thorp, WI; Uncle Randy and Aunt Diana Jacks of Shakopee, MN; Uncle Seth and Aunt Courtnee Onsager of Pflugerville, TX and many extended family members.

Services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, 2014, at St. Mary’s Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Hammond, WI. Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m. at the church.

Bria loved Kangaroo Care and snuggling Mom and Dad so much, we ask that memorials be made in her name to the Kangaroo Care Chair Program in the NICU at Children’s Hospital in St. Paul, MN.

O’Connell Family Funeral Home in Baldwin is assisting with the arrangements. Please visit www.oconnelfuneralhomes.com  to leave online condolences for the family.
