Miss Irene Demuth spent a few days at Cadott the past week.
Mr. and Mrs. Lester Carteron have moved onto their far, which they bought and is
known as the Lanty McConnell place.
Mr. and Mrs. George Scherer and family, Mr. and Mrs. H. Kalkofen and family
visited at the Free Christie home Sunday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. J.B.N. Poirier were Greenwood callers Saturday.
Mr. and Mrs. A.T. Ula arrived here from Blanchardville, Wis. Last week to take
possession of their farm, which they had rented the past year.
Mrs. Ed Zimmerman and daughter Wanda are visiting relatives and friends at
Reedsburg.
Rob Demuth was a business caller at Marshfield Tuesday.
Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Alexander, who have had possession of the A.T. Ula farm for
the past year, moved their household goods to Owen where they will reside until
spring. Their many friends here are sorry to see them go, but wish them luck and
happiness in their new home.
Mary Scherer, Eva and Orville Kalkofen and Jean and Arthur Christie attended the
Calf Club meeting at the high school in Greenwood Friday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. O.L. Carteron visited at the George Scherer home Friday evening.
Len Koscher and Frances Scherer were out joy riding Sunday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Free Christie took Mrs. Sam Christie to Marshfield Saturday for
medical treatment.
