Mr. and Mrs. George Rude and family visited at the Erickson's Sunday.
Vernon Smith is working for A.A. Butterbrodt.
Mr. and Mrs. Art Hoffman and family visited at the Zuehlke home Sunday afternoon
and evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Bert Brown entertained the 500 club Monday evening. First prizes
were given to Mrs. George Zuehlke and Fred Hiking, consolation to Mrs. Helmuth
Dueysen and Henry Mathison. About midnight an appetizing lunch was served by the
hostess. All enjoyed a pleasant evening.
John Wuethrich is having his ice house filled with ice. They are hauling with
trucks due to poor sleighing.
Mr. and Mrs. Peter Hafenbraedl and son Harold were at Neillsville alst Thursday
on business.
Marcellus Hinker was a caller on Grant Rear Sunday afternoon.
Ted and Veronica Swieso and Arthur Meinholdt were callers at the Ed Hinker home
Sunday.
Peter Kutz hurt his shoulder quite badly when he fell on the ice while carrying
a milk can. Alex Scharenbrodk is helping him with the work.
Sylvester and Alfonse Hinker have been packing ice for Mr. Wuethrich this week.
