Mrs. M. Dillenbeck came up from Janesville Thursday for a visit with her son
Roger and family.
Miss Susie Drew called at C. Hatton's and L Arch's and M. Podobnik's Friday
evening.
A sleigh load of young people from here attended the play given at Eaton Center
Friday evening. They all report a fine time and the play was exceptionally good.
The play and dance given by the J.S. folks last week was well attended and all
had a fine time.
Donald Hatton is on the sick list with chicken pox.
Mr. Geo. Flagg and Mrs. F.L. Hatton are business callers in Janesville, Wis.
They left Saturday from Neillsville.
Floyd Clintsman found his hoses he advertised for. They were a few miles out
from Cadott, Wis. They sure wandered quite a ways. It pays to advertise. He had
spent so much time looking for them he had almost given up when he got word they
were at Cadott.
Mr. and Mrs. C. Hatton entertained the following Saturday evening: Mr. and Mrs.
Evan Hatton and Russell, Mr. A. Duell, Frances Clintsman, August and Mike
Podobnik, Mr. L. Arch and son Frank, David Barr, Mr. A. Flagg and S.B. Flagg and
Frank, and Joe Ozanich Jr. The evening was spent in cards and music, we don't
mean radio when we say music. Evan, Mikie, August and Donald sure entertained
thee gang. A weisner supper with escalloped potatoes and sandwiches was
furnished by the boys.
Mrs. M. Dillenbeck and Mrs. R. Dillenbeck called on Mrs. F. Hatton Friday a.m.
The clover Leaf Co. Held its monthly meeting Sunday p.m.
