Miss Una Carteron, trained nurse of Marshfield, visited here a few days with her
parents, Mr. and Mrs. O.L. Carteron.
Mr. and Mrs. Homer Potter and family were callers at the George Scherer home
Sunday.
Mrs. Herman Kalkofen and daughter Lila Pearl left for Marion, Wis. Saturday to
attend the funeral of a relatives.
Mr. and Mrs. Lester Carteron visited at Geo. Scherer's Monday evening.
Mrs. Emma Syth, Mrs. Joe Christie and Miss Iola Farning of Greenwood were
callers in our vicinity Friday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Alexander moved from Owen Thursday onto the Bill Huntzicker
farm, which he will run the coming year.
Francis Scherer is making cheese for Herbert Quimby at Greenwood this week. Mr.
Quimby was called to Marion, Wis. On account of the death of his brother.
Herbert has the sympathy of his many friends both here and at Greenwood.
