Rev. W. Piehler and George Blank drove to Abbotsford Saturday.

Mrs. Wenzel Zahorka of Athens visited at the Zahorka home her Tuesday.

Alfred and Galen Schmidt spent the weekend at home.

A pageant “Priceless Gifts” will be given by the Community Club at the Opera House sometime in the near future. Watch for the date and full program.

Werner Schafer, head sawyer at a local mill, had the misfortune to break his left forearm Saturday morning, while at work. Mr. Shafer went to Abbotsford and had the arm attended to at once.

Albert Nehring arrived home Saturday from Kolar, Wis., where he has been employed the past few months.

Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hanneman and Mrs. Art Foltz drove to Marshfield Friday. Mr. Hanneman drove home in a new Dodge coupe.

Mrs. Ernest Harry is now visiting her parents Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bahr.

Mrs. and Mrs. Chas. Engel and daughter Marie and son Raymond visited at the Ed. Stelzel home Sunday.

Miss Esther Zell returned to Abbotsford Monday after spending the week’s end at the home of her parents.

Henry Lozer spent Sunday at Athens.
