Sacharski, Margaret "Maggie" Ann (Poncek) (8 FEB 1952 - 7 APR 2014)

Margaret "Maggie" Ann Sacharski, 62, River Groove, Ill., died on Monday, April 7. A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 12 at Sax and Tiedemann Funeral Home in Illinois, with Father Gene Gratkowski officiating.

She was born on February 8, 1952.

On January 15, 1977, she married Stanley Sacharski III, who preceded her in death. She owned Hala Kahiki in Chicago, Ill.

She enjoyed her flower bed, gardening and reading.

Survivors include her daughter, Jacqueline Goumas; a son, Robert Champion; siblings, Bernard Poncek of Ogema, Barb (Bill) Poncek of Abbotsford, Mike (Kim) Poncek, Joyce (Robert) Matyka and Cathy (Earhardt) Lemke, all of Medford, JoAnn (Joe) Leader and Bonnie Poncek, both of Stetsonville, Jerry (Jo Jo) Poncek and Willie Poncek, both of Chelsea, Nancy (Steve) Hamm of Marshfield, Theresa (Steve) Passehl of Athens, Pete Poncek and Tom (Mary Jo) Poncek of Westboro, Randy Poncek of Kansas, Jim (Julie) Poncek of Rhinelander, and Bruno Poncek of Rib Lake; a granddaughter; and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Ed, and two sisters, Jacalyn, and Ellen in infancy.
