Mrs. David H. Reese age 69, of Greenwood died March 24 at the hospital in Marshfield, where she was admitted March 14.

The former Marie C. Lee, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Pete Lee, was born November 21, 1902, in Pillsbury, N.D. She was graduated from the Pillsbury High School and took nurses training in Fargo, N. D. She was married December 17, 1923, to David Reese at Hibbing, Mn. Since their marriage they have resided in Greenwood, with the exception of a year, 1938, when they lived in Park Rapids, Mn. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Withee.

Surviving besides her husband is a daughter Mrs. Claude (Jean) Marsden of Kenosha; two sons, Robert L. Reese of Madison and John W. Reese of Columbus, O.; four sisters, Mrs. Julia Chowning of Portland, Or., Mrs. Robert (Pauline) Jones of Carroll, Nebr., Mrs. Nora Hanson of Buffalo, N.D. and Mrs. Edward (Selma) Lavene of Pillsbury, N. D.; four brothers, John Lee of Missouri and Richard, Olaf, and Sig Lee, all of Pillsbury, N. D.; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday from the Hill Funeral Home in Greenwood. The Rev. Elmer Rasmussen pastor of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Marshfield officiated. Burial was made in the Greenwood Cemetery.
