Mr. and Mrs. A.H. Luhrsen of Abbotsford visited at the home of Dr. Nielsen Sunday.

H. Derzen has purchased the Withee Meat Market.

Mrs. A.L. Barager of Owen was calling on old neighbors last week.

Ole M. Anderson was a caller in town on Thursday.

A teacher's meeting was held at the schoolhouse Thursday. Supervisors Williams and Palmitier were in charge. The attendance was good and many topics of interest were discussed.

Miss Marie Bauman of Amber visited friends in town Thursday.

John Davidson left Thursday for an extended trip in the east. Mr. Davidson expects to be gone two years.

Chas. Ruehl is raising and repairing his store building.
