Frank E. Oestreich, 81, Loyal, died Saturday, February 3, at 8:30 a.m., at St. Joseph's Hospital. Death was due to complications.
Services were held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Myre Funeral Home and burial was made in the Loyal Cemetery. Rev. Paul Miller officiated.
Pallbearers were Raymond, Elmer, Christian and Ralph Oestreich, Garth Luchterhand and Dale Wehymiller.
Mr. Oestreich as born January 22, 1887 at Loyal, February 11, 1909 he married Iva Ferguson at Loyal. He received his education at the Loyal Public Schools and lived all his life in Loyal.
Besides is wife he is survived by one son, Neil, Loyal; four daughters, Mrs. Harold (Lyla) Bain, San Diego, California; Mrs. Vera Dull and Mrs. Cullen (Mary) Ayer, Loyal; and Mrs. James (Nina) Sands, seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He is also survived by four brothers, Lother, Loyal; Dennis, Wisconsin Rapids; Walter, Park Falls; and Harry, Florence, Alabama; wo sisters, Mrs. Jense (Lorena) Yde, Tuscon, Arizona and Mrs. Evelyn Vogel, Valley City, North Dakota.
He was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother.
