Lang, Carol (2 April 1943 - 18 April 2014)

Carol (Schofield) Lang, 71, Muskego, formerly of Greenwood, entered Eternal Life Friday, April 18, 2014, with her family by her side.

Carol was born April 2, 1943, in the Town of Mead to Clayton and Ruth (Etta) Schofield. She attended the Greenwood area schools and graduated from Greenwood High School in 1961. Carol enjoyed bowling, crocheting, gardening and cooking. She especially enjoyed spending time with and cooking for her family.

Carol is survived by her husband, John; son, Gary (Deb) Drew of Pardeeville; daughters, Deb (Tim) Alix of Dewey, AZ, Dawn (Charley) Weyh of Endeavor, and Dusty (special friend Chad Baka) of Plover; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; four sisters, Betty (Jerry) Haier of Stevens Point, Yvonne (Jim) Bryan of Middleton, Cathy Schofield of Minnesota, and Shirley Bachman of St. Louis Park, MN; and five brothers: Gerald (Ellen) Schofield of Franklin, Glen (Tammy) Schofield of Beach Park, IL, Jim Schofield of Christie, George (Marlene) Kippenhan Jr. of Marshfield and Roger (Lisa) Kippenhan of Mundelein, IL. She is further survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her patents; stepfather George Kippenhan Sr.; brother Verland; and brother-in-law Todd Bachman.

Funeral services for Carol were held Thursday, April 24, 2014, at 10 a.m. at the Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral Home, W173 S7629 Westwood Dr. Muskego, WI, 53160. Visitation was held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at the funeral home.
