Braun, Theodore (Wins Prize - Feb 1930)
In the Quality contest being conducted by the National Cheese Producers'
Federation, Theodore Braun of the Braun Settlement Factory won first prize for
the month of February. Mr. Braun's score for the month was 100%/. Mr. Braun was
highly delighted with the beautiful auto robe he received as the prize for the
month.
All told twenty-one cheese makers qualified for the monthly prize for the month
of February and everyone of them with a score of 100%. In the group were four
from Pine Island, Minn., two each from Neenah, Marshfield, Two Rivers,
Abbotsford, Plymouth and New Richmond, and one each from Cumberland, Greenwood,
Green Bay, Shawano and Spring Green.
Each of these makers have already received a beautiful auto robe, which the
Federation is awarding as a monthly prize.
