Konopacki, Thomas "Tom" J. (13 NOV 1951 - 25 MAY 2014)

Thomas "Tom" J. Konopacki, 62, Medford, died unexpectedly on Sunday, May 25 at Ministry St. Michael's Hospital.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 29 at 6 p.m. at Pisarski Community Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Plover, with Deacon Vernon Linzmeier officiating.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 1 from 12 to 6 p.m. at the Medford VFW Hall.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 3 p.m. until the time of service.
