p.m. at Elim Baptist Chuech, Peoria, Illinois.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Richard Larson (former Loyal residents)
of 8730 Picture Ridge, Peoria, Illinois and Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Orns, route 1,
Shirley, Illinois.
Mrs. Leonard Karlberg was the soloist and sang "The Lord's Prayer" and "O
Perfect Love." Eileen Iunogle was the organist.
The Rev. Leonard Karlberg performed the ceremony at which the bride given in
marriage by her father was seen in a white floor length gown of de-lustered
satin and lace with elbow length veil. She carried a cascade arrangement of
white roses and baby's breath and English Ivy.
Mrs. Louis Arebuckle, Bloomington, Illinois was the matron of honor and Miss
Linda Larson and Miss Chris Buchanan were the aides.
The aides were seen in powder blue floor length gowns with empire waists and
carried a single white rose.
Harlan Orns, Shirley, Illinois was best man; Jim Larson, Peoria, Illinois and
Merrill Orns, Bloomington, Illinois were the groomsmen. Glen Bennett performed
the ushering duties.
The bride attended Bob Jones University and is 1968 graduate of Menonite
Hospital School of Nursing, Bloomington, Illinois and is employed by Mennonite
Hospital, at Bloomington.
The groom graduated from Normal Community High School and attended Illinois
State University at Normal, Illinois, and is engaged in farming.
After a wedding trip to central Wisconsin the couple will make their home in
Bloomington. Illinois.
Attending the wedding from Loyal were Mrs. Richard E. Larson (grandmother) and
Mrs. Athalie Bennett and Glen and Miss Kay Larson.
