Seibold, Mr. and Mrs. John (45th - 22 June 1972)
Relatives and friends attended the celebration of the 45th wedding anniversary
of Mr. and Mrs. John Seibold Thursday evening in the Legion Hall in Greenwood.
The party was a surprise hosted by their two daughters and their husband, Mr.
and Mrs. Vernon (Jeanette) Lust of Greenwood and Mr. and Mrs. Robert (Elaine)
Nichols of Tomah. There are nine grandchildren.
Erna Vollrath and John Seibold were married June 22, 1927, at the home of her
parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Vollrath, in Greenwood. They have lived on their
farm seven and one-half miles north of Greenwood ever since their marriage.
The evening was spent playing cards. A buffet lunch was served, including an
anniversary cake baked by Mrs. Francis Kohlnhofer. Guests came from Florida,
Tomah, Loyal and the surrounding area.
