Lund, Rudolph (12 AUG 1898 - 27 NOV 1966)
Rudolph Lund, 68, of 316 N. Franklin St., Stanley, died at 3:15 a.m. Monday in
Victory Memorial Hospital, after a lingering illness.
Mr. Lund was born in Thorp Township, Clark County, Wis., Aug. 12, 1898. He lived
his entire life in Stanley with the exception from 1956 - 1962 spent in Eau
Claire. Mr. Lund worked as a bricklayer and mason most of his life. He married
Agnes Christenson at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Stanley on May 29, 1920.
He was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Stanley; and the
Bricklayers-Masons and Plasterers Union No. 29, Chippewa Falls.
Surviving are his wife, Agnes, two sons, Robert and Juel, Stanley; three
daughters, Mrs. Leslie Tyler, Mundelein, Ill., Mrs. Anton Shervey, Chippewa
Falls, and Marlene, at home; two brothers, Carl Stanley and Albert, Neenah; two
sisters, Mrs. Roy Brothen, Kenosha, and Mrs. Annie Gregory, Goldfield, Neb.; 12
grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
