Kozikoski, Michael (13 JUN 1880 - 13 JAN 1967)

Michael Kozikoski, 86, passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield on Friday, Jan. 13th, 1967.

Mr. Kozikoski, a retired farmer and mason, was born June 13, 1880 in Poland. He came to the states in 1905, settling in Chicago, then moved to Lublin and later to Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.). He was united in marriage at Chicago in 1908 to Veronica Swistak, who preceded him in death.

Funeral services were held Monday, Jan. 16th at Thorp Funeral Home. Father Edward Masalewicz officiated at the ten a.m. services and burial was in St. Hedwig's Cemetery. Pallbearers were: Adam Wiater, Anton Maslowski, William Tobola, Ted Lipinski, Frank Jasinek, Anton Swierkowski.

Surviving are six son, Steve, Edward and Alexander of Thorp, Walter, Frank and John of Chicago; two daughters, Josephine Spiewak and Nellie Kozikoski, both of Chicago; 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
