Helen Louise Noeldner and James Joseph Brummer, both of Eau Claire exchanged wedding vows at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Greenwood, on Aug. 25 at 7:30 p.m. candlelight ceremony. The Rev. Arvid Myhrwold officiated and Michael Tucker was the organist. Singers were the bride, and her sisters who served as her attendants and Mr. James Ursin.

The bride given in marriage by her father was seen in a white Victorian styled gown of mock silk, waisted, A-line skirt ending in a chapel train, leg of mutton sleeves and Venetian lace around the high collar. Her floor length veil of bridal illusion was attached to a floral headpiece. She carried a colonial bouquet of white roses and babies breath with ivy and leatherleaf fern and white ribbon streamers.

Miss Kristine Noeldner, Eau Claire was the maid of honor. Mrs. Barry Johnson, New York City, New York; and Mrs. Norman Halfen, Waupaca, the bride's matrons.

The aides were seen in a powder blue crepe, waisted with floor length skirts gathered in buck; trimmed with deep blue velvet ribbon and streamers. Each carried long-stemmed pink sensation roses.

Tom Brummer, Midway Park, North Carolina, was best man. Barry Johnson, New York City, New York and Norman Halfen, Waupaca, were groomsmen. Paul and Duane Noeldner were the ushers.

Wedding day events included a reception and supper in the church parlors following the ceremony.

The bride is a 1965 graduate of Loyal High School and attends Wisconsin State University, Eau Claire and will graduate June 1969.

The groom graduated from Newman High School, Buffalo. New York and Attends the same university and will graduate this June also. Both are studying to teach at the university level.

The couple will make their new home at 740 Market Street, Eau Claire.
