The Loyal Public Library met in special session Friday evening, October 25 to
accept the resignation of the librarian, Margaret Roder, who has accepted
another position.
Members of the present were Mrs. Roy Hales, Mrs. Edd Dobbe, Mrs. Herman Lieske,
Mrs. Fred Cox, Mrs. Lawrence Cowles. A vote by ballot resulted in the selection
of Mrs. Melva Guzman to succeed Margaret Roder as librarian. Mrs. Guzman will
begin her duties on November 1.
