Glenn Rowe and Ed Davis are cutting wood for Frank Lastofka.
H.H. Smithers went to Neillsville Saturday to consult Dr. Brewer.
Quarterly meeting will be held in the F.M. Church Saturday and Sunday.
Rob Chapel and Charley Harvey of Harris Fremont were in our burg Sunday.
Talking machines are getting quite numerous in this vicinity. Wm. Rowe now has
one.
Ernie Rowe, when arriving at his farm Thursday morning, found one of his
yearlings dead in the manger.
Geo. Rowe and family came down from Loyal last Thursday and spent a few days
with Mrs. Rowe's parents.
Kittie Tucker had her chin lance last week by Dr. Schwarz of Granton, it being
something in the form of a felon.
W.H. Smithers had the misfortune to scald his fingers on his left hand quite
severely Friday while filling a hot water bag.
