Sept. 14, 1949, hailed the arrival of Gloria Jean Smith. She is now seventeen
years old, weighs 119 pounds and is 5' 2" tall. Gloria's features are accented
by her brown hair and brown eyes.
Thorp High School has seen Gloria active in GAA, Pep Club, and the Jnior Paper.
Gloria reports that she has many favorite foods, but a few of them are fried
chicken, French fries and hamburgers.
In her spare time, Gloria likes to read, listen to the radio and babysit.
Gloria's main pet peeve is, "people who think they are better than other
people." Having a conversation with Gloria might bring up the phrase, "dear me",
for that is her favorite saying.
Gloria's advice to underclassmen is, "study, it may come in handy some day." As
