Dec. 11, 1948 marks the birth of Ann Kathleen Wilhelm. Today she is 5', 3 "
tall, has shoulder length red hair and blue eyes. During her eighteen years of
life she has been involved in many different activities, both in school and the
community.
She has been active in G.A.A. for four years, Thorpettes for three years,
Forensics for two years, National Honor Society for three years, and Trampoline
Club for two years. Ann has received experience in journalism through her
activities on the Cardinal staff, the Junior Paper staff, and the Cardinal Hi-Lites
staff. Ann served her class as secretary during her sophomore year.
Ann has been a member of the Thorp High School Band for four years and she has
participated in the Cloverbelt Massed Band for two years.
Her civic duties include being a member of 4-H from 1957 - 1967. She serves her
church as a CYO leader and a religion teacher.
If ann has any spare time, she enjoys reading, driving the car, and deer
hunting: She lists broiled steak and mushrooms as her favorite foods, and blue
and green as her favorite colors. Songs most pleasing to Ann's ears ar "Kind of
a Drag" and "Georgy Gil."
In the future, Ann is going to attend the Unviersity of Wisconsin Center at
Marshfield and major in the field of nursing.
