Funeral services were held May 12 at the Hansen Funeral Chapel Marshfield, for Mrs. Viola Sill, 57, Marshfield, a former area resident. The Rev. Larry B. Bremer officiated, Hymns during the service were sung by Mrs. Earl Nelson, accompanied by Mrs. Glen Tinkham. Burial was in the Colby memorial cemetery.
Mrs. Sill died at St. Joseph’s hospital, Marshfield, following a lingering illness.
Mrs. Sill was born Viola Schroeder Nov. 26, 1908. As a child she lived with her father and aunt at Curtiss, where she received her education. Her marriage to Arnold Sill took place at Colby. Upon Mr. Sill’s death in 1942, Mrs. Sill moved to Marshfield, where she remained the rest of her life.
Surviving are one daughter Mrs. Betty Spry, San Diego, Calif., and three grand children. She was preceded in death by her husband and one son.

Mrs. Harvey Witt, Guy Dunow, William Fahrenbach and Mrs. Lillian Lieders,
Abbotsford, and Mrs. Marion Steinke, Colby.
