The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Chris of route 1, Abbotsford, was given the name of Jeffrey Carl at his baptism Sunday afternoon, May 14. The Rev. Raymond B. Schulz performed the ceremony at 2 o’clock at St. Bernard’s Catholic church, Abbotsford.
Raymond Apfelbeck of Wausau, maternal uncle, and Miss Mary Lou Zondlo of Rib
Lake, paternal cousin, were the sponsors for the baby.
